The Unify JADE Code Management System allows newly developed JADE code to be compared to with code from any one of a number of previously archived JADE systems.
- Fresh JADE Development Systems can be generated from these archives, or development can proceed in an existing JADE system
- A List of Code Changes is used to isolate the code that has changed
- This list is used to automatically extract prior versions of code for comparison
- The extracted code is converted into a readable format by the Jade 2 Text converter
- The readable format code is compared using a code comparison application
